四天前在Physical E投了一篇文章，今天编辑发来一封邮件，要求明确写出该文章在这个杂志发表的理由，有什么新意及值得发表的地方，并且必须推荐三位审稿人。大家有遇到过这种情况吗？是不是编辑不想送审而没有明确拒绝的意思。我还有必要写这个说明吗？附邮件： Dear Miss. , Each year the number of manuscripts submitted to Physica E continues to increase significantly. In order to consider your manuscript for publication in our Journal, we require a clear justification for consideration of the paper by Physica E rather than by another journal. We might consider a review of your paper by external referees, but only if you make a transparent and compelling case (maximum one page) why your present manuscript is novel and deserves publication in Physica E. Earlier publication in this journal by itself is not a valid reason for consideration of the present manuscript. Without a proper justification, we will not consider your manuscript for a review. If you make this case well, we may decide that anonymous review of your manuscript is warranted. We also require the names and contact information for at least three suggested reviewers for your paper. |
