学历要求： 不限 英语要求： 熟练 年龄要求： 不限 专业要求： 护理学 工作年限： 五年以上 月薪范围： 面议 职位性质： 全职 工作地点： 山西 职称要求： 中级 招聘人数： 若干 职位描述 Recruitment enterprise ：Germany Healthcare Nursing Team Leader work place：山西太原 Role Requirements: -Certified dialysis nurse; -5+ years of dialysis center working experience; -2+ years of management experience in dialysis center; -Experience and ability in mentoring team members; -Solid experience and ability in dialysis patient condition evaluation and health education; -Solid Mandarin & English communication skills; -Middle level or above technical title in nursing; -Able to relocate all over China; -Working experience in western countries is a plus; -Working experience in infection control is a plus; -Familiar in operating different brands of dialysis machine is a plus. Responsibilities: Responsibilities: -Scheduling of the Nursing team; -Mentoring of the team members; -Education of HD-patients; -Controlling and evaluation of the dialysis procedures; -Controlling of the HD-Disposables; -Organizing the nursing rounds.
