1..我们对图3进行了修改,添加了SNM-1、SNM-2、SNM-3的HRTEM和SAED图,以证明所有微晶玻璃样品都有较好的结晶性且晶粒尺寸都为10-12nm之间,无明显变化。
We modified the figure 3, and added HRTEM and SAED imagies for SNM-1, SNM-2 and SNM-3, in order to confirm that all samples of microcrystal glass have reasonably good crystalline properties, and all the crystal grains have a diameter within 10-12 nm, with no obvious changes.
