| It is not clear that the use of a multi-dimensional uniform mutation operator, because, although the authors state that "is performed to prevent algorithm from trapping into local optimum", would not has been better using from the beginning hybrid genetic multi-objective genetic algorithms and not using PSO with a mutation operator? |
