Could you please ask people around you, or post some info on your forums, if there are candidates wishing to have a postdoc in the field of telecom, optical fiber communications There is a professor here, my colleague, originally from Shanghai (I guess), who wants a postdoc badly (a good postdoc). There is already a scholarship available (!), and the candidate (if Dr. Lu approves him/her after selection) may start on: June 1, July 1, August 1, September 1 and so on... Probably, the position is available for 2-2.5 years, or almost 3 years.
