Good Health
The desire for good health is universal.It is beyond doubt that everyone want to be far away from the disorders ,which may torture one both in physical and mental.Currently,an increasing number of people come to take the issue of health seriously.
Keeping healthy is of great significance to all of us.When in bed,you can not take part in activites or go outside with you friends,the only thing you can do is just to wait to be better.So health is the essential condition for us to work normally and enjoy the life comfortably. Besides,good health is also indispensable for one’s success.People have to undertake great pressure and work day and night if they want to achieve their goals.Unhealthy ones may not get that power to accomplish it.
When talking about keeping healthy,there’re kinds of ways to make it.As is so often pointed out that balanced diets are good for one’s health.You need to eat food in various kinds,such as meat,fruits and vegetable.What’s more,doing exercise is also vital to be healthy.You would be not only sturdy,but also energetic through the different sports.
As for me,I believe the word—health is suitable to describe my physical condition.I keep playing table-tennis every morning,and apart from the food and sports, I always guarantee time for sleep which is also crucial to you health.
