Job description of QA of Operations/production 1. System: Define best practices of work in the various activities affecting quality: 1.1 Write procedures and work instructions for warehouses, QC, production and interfaces between functions. 1.2 Audit the units to identify gaps of performance vs the procedures and work instructions and initiate corrective actions. 1.3 Ensure implementation of procedures and work instructions and provide training 1.4 Ensure continuous improvement by updating procedures and work instructions to cover new issues. 1.5 Manage quality information and data 1.6 Obtain ISO 9001 accreditation 2. Supervise all aspects of quality and quality related activities on site. 2.1 Manage customers specifications 2.2 Manage products specifications 2.3 Manage raw materials specifications 2.4 Ensure management of packaging specifications 2.5 Manage QC activities: lab QC, inspection of final products, conformance of shipments to requests, COA and related documentation 2.6 Manage receiving tests: define and follow on required receiving tests and inspections, 2.7 Manage suppliers quality and complaints 2.8 Supervise products traceability and documentation. 2.9 Manage customers complaints and corrective actions |
