以下是我的加薪申请，请大家帮我看看有什么不妥的地方要修改，再帮忙翻译一下，谢谢！ dear×××，在***工作的两年时间里，感谢你一直以来对我的栽培和帮助！我自2007年2月进入公司以来，一直担任测试工程师职务，在此期间，我认真，努力工作，从未在工作中出现任何错误，圆满完成工作任务。但至今已20个月还是沿用刚进公司时的薪水，经过慎重的考虑，特向您提出加薪请求，希望公司将我个人工资从10份开始提高到3500整，理由如下：1.两年来在工作方面积累了一定的工作经验，能胜任实验室各方面测试工作。2.与公司内部其他部门同职位工程师薪水做平行参考偏低。 3.化学测试工作的特殊性，接触的都是有毒有害物质。 希望能够再次得到你的帮助，在提升自己能力的同时将工作做的更好，向更高的目标迈进。 [ Last edited by kime21cn on 2008-10-21 at 08:06 ] |

Dear sir I appreciated your help during the first two years in ***. I have been the testing Engineer since Febuary 2007. I am hard-working, conscientious and I like my work. i finshed my task in time and never make any mistakes. However ,I have to say my earning was the same during the last twenty months. After carefully considerion, I applied for increase my payment. Would you mind increase it to 3500RMB per month. In my opinion ,I believe I worth the expected payment. During the last two years,I gained some experience and now I can do the testing job in the lab indenpendently. I think my payment is less than the other Engineerers. What is more , my working environment is not good, and the substance I contacted is poisonous and it is harmful to my health. i think I worth more. Thank you for your considerion. I am looking forward to hear from you. I would be work harder to service the ***. Yours |
