名称 hillips University 菲利蒲大学网址:http://www.phillips.edu/about.php introduction: Phillips University and Phillips Theological Seminary, in the spirit of reconciliation and wholeness, agreed on June 12, 2000, to withdraw all claims and counter claims filed against each other. Agreement was reached with the expectation of promoting unity with the church and among alumni and friends of both institutions. As part of the settlement, all Phillips University academic records and outstanding student accounts receivable were transferred to Phillips Theological Seminary for it to use in handling record and transcript matters. All requests for academic information or transcripts of former University students should be directed to the Seminary. The resolution of the issues between the University and the Seminary was the last major item for the University to complete in order to conclude its Chapter 11 bankruptcy case.
