2016 IEEE International Conference on Internet of Things (iThings2016) Dec. 15th-18th, 2016, Chengdu, Sichuan, China https://umc.uestc.edu.cn/conference/cybermatics2016/iThings2016/ CALL FOR PAPERS The Internet of Things (IoT) brings promising opportunities and challenges. It attracts great attentions, and has important economic and social values. IoT will play a key role in the next generation of information, network, and communication developing. Future IoT may bring us an era of “harmony of man with nature”, which means harmony fusion of Physical-space, Cyber-space, and Social-space. We will witness emancipation not only from onerous labor works brought by machine-human interface, but also from the spatial-temporal constrains in Physical-space, and will achieve substantial benefits from IT development. The goal of this conference is to promote community-wide discussion identifying the Computational Intelligence technologies and theories for Internet of Things. We seek submissions of papers which invent new techniques, introduce new methodologies, propose new research directions and discuss approaches for unsolved issues. IEEE iThings 2016 will be held on Dec. 15th-18th, 2016 in Chengdu, Sichuan, China. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to: Track 1. IoT Architectures ■ Things-centric, service-centric and data-centric architecture ■ CPS and SCADA platforms ■ Future Internet and network design for IoT ■ Cloud-based IoT ■ System security and management ■ Data centre design for IoT Track 2.
