主要职责 Key responsibilities： 1 高质量地完成的日常分析工作 Finish daily tasks on analytical tasks 2 详实的记录实验记录，分析实验数据，就分析结果与组员或者上级讨论。 Finish authentic lab records with details. Make basic analytic from results and discussions with members or line manager. 3 协助组长完成实验室维护任务，如5S等。 Assist group leader to finish tasks such as 5S, lab maintaining and repairing 4 负责原料药以及中间体在研发过程中的方法学开发，验证。 Develop and validate analytical methods for API and intermediates 5 与客户沟通，提供检测方法，及解答在分析上的疑问 Communicate with customer, provide analytical methods and answer questions on analytic 任职要求 Competence requirements： 教育背景 Education background 本科以上学历，化学或者药学专业 Bachelor’s degree or higher, chemistry, pharmacy or chemical engineering 经验要求 Experiences 3年以上工作经验本科学历，或者1年以上工作经验硕士。 Bachelors with more than 3 years' experience or masters with 1 year experience 知识及技能需求 Knowledge and skills 熟悉GC,HPLC等常见仪器 Skilled at using GC and HPLC 能力素质要求 Competencies 具备较好的学习能力；积极主动地完成任务；具备较好的执行力；具备基本的沟通能力和团队协作能力 Basic learning ability, basic motivation, basic execution power, basic communication and teamwork. 具备分析实验现象和数据，提出解决技术问题方案并最终解决基本至较难问题的能力。 Analysis results. Could solve basic to moderate technical problems. 较好的英语写作和口语能力。 Good writing and oral English. |
