关于医学方面的英文翻译 已有1人参与

自己闺蜜让帮忙调整一下下面的英文翻译,奈何非本人专业且没有时间,在此重金悬赏专业人士帮忙! 研究与乳腺癌、卵巢癌遗传性相关的BRCA1、BRCA2、CHEK2、ATM等所有基因在大量肿瘤样本中的分布情况,并结合诸如NBS等信号通路分析的方法来探索这两种癌症中癌症突变进行分层的方式。 1、阅读文献,选取100个以上的乳腺癌、卵巢癌遗传性相关基因; 2、根据筛选的基因,分析各个基因在这一万例样本中的分布情况; 3、根据信号通路关系,建立乳腺癌、卵巢癌遗传性相关基因预测模型,并利用 这一万例样本进行验证; 4.以信号通路为基础,根据乳腺癌,卵巢癌的胚系突变情况进行分层模型的探索,并逐步收集具有完整临床数据的样本,同时进行分层模型与临床数据的关联。 The research goal is find the distribution of a large number of real tumor sample of the gene which all the literatures reported related to breast cancer and ovarian cancer,like BRCA1, BRCA2, CHEK2, ATM, etc. And then, explore the ways to stratify this two types of cancer by the network analysis. 1, reading literature, selection of hereditary breast cancer and ovarian cancer related genes of more than 100; 2, according to the screening of genes, analysis of the distribution of each gene in the ten thousand cases in the sample; 3, according to the signal pathway, the establishment of hereditary breast cancer and ovarian cancer related gene prediction model, which is validated by the ten thousand samples; 4. To explore the stratification model based on the signal pathway of breast cancer and ovarian cancer germ line mutation, collect the samples with complete clinical data, and analyze the correlation of clinical data. |

The study aimed at finding the distribution of a large number of real tumor sample of the gene which all the literatures reported related to breast cancer and ovarian cancer,like BRCA1, BRCA2, CHEK2, ATM, etc. Moreover, we also explored the ways to stratify this two types of cancer by the network analysis. 1, After reading literature, more than 100 hereditary breast cancer and ovarian cancer related genes were selected ; 2, according to the screened genes, the distribution of each gene in the ten thousand cases in the sample was analyzed; 3, according to the signal pathway, hereditary breast cancer and ovarian cancer related gene prediction model was established, which is validated by the ten thousand samples; 4.
