溶剂热制备纳米材料时的参数控制

本人用溶剂热法（乙二醇与水混合）制备了一种半导体晶体材料，试验研究发现乙二醇与水的比例，反应温度，以及溶液中碱的含量都会对产物的物相和形貌产生一定影响，不知哪位GG JJ DD 或者MM能运用一定物理或者其他方面的知识给我做一定的解释，非常感谢！ [ Last edited by lijun19830910 on 2008-10-19 at 20:16 ] |
