Secondly, from XRD spectrum, we can see there is a significant diffraction peak at SNM-1, and the grain size is around 10.8nm calculated by Scherrer formula. Finally, we presented HREM images and SAED images of SNM-1 and SNM-3, respectively, so as to prove the occurrences of significant crystallizations of SNM-1 and SNM-3. £¨2£©´ÓÔÀ´µÄ ¹¤×÷ÖÐ ÎÒÃÇÒѾµÃ³ö ½áÂÛ£¬Ö»ÓÐÔÚ NaYF4¾§Á£³ß´ç ½Ï´óʱ ²Å»á²úÉú ½Ï´óEr3+Àë×Ó µÄŨ¶È²î£¬¶øÔÚ ±¾ÎÄÖУ¬SNM-1¡¢SNM-2ºÍSNM-3 ÑùÆ·ÖÐ µÄ¾§Á£³ß´ç »ù±¾²»±ä£¬ËùÒÔ×÷ÕßÈÏΪ ËùÓÐÑùÆ·ÖÐ µ¥¸ö¾§Á£ ÖÐµÄ Er3+£¬Yb3+Àë×ÓŨ¶È±ä»¯ ²»´ó¡£ÎªÁËÑéÖ¤Õâ¸ö ˵·¨£¬ÎÒÃÇ×öÁË ²¹³äʵÑé¡£ From previous work, we have reached conclusion that only when NaYF4 grain size is relative large, can large Er3+ concentration difference be occurred. However in this paper, grain size in sample SNM-1, SNM-2 and SNM-3 remains roughly unchanged, therefore the author believes the concentration changes of Er3+ and Yb3+ in all samples are not very large. To verify this speculation, we made additional experiments. |
