两个意见完全相反 1: The manuscript is of high scientific value, extremely professional write and the graphical part is really exceptional. i don't have comments or suggestions, only editor comments being allowed. 2: 指出两个问题…… In summary I can not recommend to accept the paper but to completely reject it 编辑： I think reviewer #2 made valid comments. Thus, I don't think the paper is suitable for publication in JMS.
