ladies and gentlemen：I wonder which is the best choice about spoken English for Speakers of Other Languages，IELTS or GESE（Graded Examinations in Speakers of Other Languages). I wanna get the purest English and the most rigorous English.Please give me some advice.

IELTS does include oral English parts, and if you can prepare well with IELTS, you will improve your oral English, I am not familiar with GESE, so can not provide you advices about it. I think that the best way to improve our spoken English is learning English in the native English speaking countries, the English environment will help us a lot.
