紧急求助，教授发了邀请函，学院不给ds2019 已有1人参与

What I can offer you now is the following solution: I'm also full professor of Economics at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics (BUTE). You can become a Ph.D. candidate there and I would act as your tutor and supervisor. Please, let me know whether you are interested. I'm sorry again about all your inconvenience. I hope to work with you in the future at BUTE. With best regards, 我觉得他搞错了，我只是去做访问学者，不是去拿博士学位，然后我这么回复他： Is there any misunderstanding within? I will become a visiting scholar under J1 instead of PHD student undef F1. So nothing changes, can you help me look into it,please? 教授这么回复： Please, contact the Economics Department at UCSD because I cannot do anything more. I e-mailed to the administration and their response was that they cannot provide you with all the required services.
