What I can offer you now is the following solution: I'm also full professor of Economics at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics (BUTE). You can become a Ph.D. candidate there and I would act as your tutor and supervisor. Please, let me know whether you are interested. I'm sorry again about all your inconvenience. I hope to work with you in the future at BUTE. With best regards, 我觉得他搞错了，我只是去做访问学者，不是去拿博士学位，然后我这么回复他： Is there any misunderstanding within? I will become a visiting scholar under J1 instead of PHD student undef F1.
