[交流] 求助 H1B沈阳2月16日面签被check至今说可能还需要几个月心急如焚！！！已有1人参与

不知大家有没有遇到过这种情况，具体为何AP并没有说，也没要求补充材料，审核时间也从几周变成了几个月，目前work from home，但能做的有限，公司还等着我尽快回去，刚被check时告诉老板要几周，现在也不知该如何跟老板交代这个需要几个月的新情况，眼看着自己的车，租的房子在那没人管，老公在美国另一个州工作也只能跟着干着急。律师说现在只能等移民局联系我们，心急如焚！！！！！希望大家能给些建议，该如何加快这个审核进程。新人金币少，日后必重谢！！！具体情况如下：

2月16日沈阳签证，非敏感专业，change of status未通过，所以被USCIS指定到沈阳领事馆面签。VO只看了I-797, 问了做什么工作，在哪个州，然后和身后一个金发女讨论一会儿，回来就说要AP，给了蓝条，而且把护照还给我了，我问了要多久，说不确定，回去网上查update。回去就查到在AP，需要several weeks。2月26日改了更新日期，但内容仍不变，还是AP，还是说需要several weeks。期间我每周在网上给领事馆提交一个inquiry，都无回复。3月4日，终于给我打电话说case暂不能通过，要退回给USCIS重新审核，具体内容会给我邮件，之后我问什么都说不知道，看邮件，等USCIS消息之类，等了一下午，收到邮件如下：（至今领事馆网上还是2月26日的更新）

Section 221g of the Immigration and Nationality Act( INA) prohibits a consular officer from issuing a visa to an alien if the consular officer has reason to believe that the alien is ineligible. We are returning your petition to the Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) for review and possible revocation. If USCIS determines that the information we are providing constitutes sufficient foundation for initiating revocation proceedings, you will be sent a notice of intent to revoke that includes a statement of the facts and evidence. You will have the opportunity to respond at that point. If USCIS determines that there is no basis to revoke your petition, we will proceed to adjudicate your case.

We regret that the review process for possible petition revocation can sometimes take several months, and we will be unable to provide any information on your case until this review is completed.
