一个艺术学一级学科硕士授予点（覆盖八个二级学科），一个建筑学二级学科硕士授予点（建筑设计及其理论），一个艺术硕士（MFA）专业学位点，两个博士学位授予点（美术学、设计艺术学）；2003年获准建立艺术学博士后流动站。 学院每年招收中专生（附中）、专科生（成人教育）、本科生、硕士研究生、博士研究生和各类进修生。现有在职教职工534人，在校本科生和研究生3800余名和来自十几个国家的留学生百余名。中央美术学院设有条件完好的教室、专业实验工作间（实验室）、图书馆、美术馆、体育馆、多媒体教室等教学设施。专业实验工作间（实验室）设备齐全，技术含量高，有力地支撑了我院的专业教学和学科建设。 中央美术学院教学科研面积共占地495亩，总建筑面积24.7万平方米。其中望京校区占地205亩，建筑面积14.4万平方米；燕郊校区占地205亩，建筑面积6.8万平方米；后沙峪校区占地67亩，建筑面积2.9万平方米；小营校区占地18亩，建筑面积0.6万平方米。 学院从2004年开始试行学分制教学管理和新的教学院历，每年设38个教学周，分三个学期。第一学期20周，主要安排学校及各个专业学院规定的必修课程；第二学期10周，主要安排各专业课程及外出教学课程；第三学期8周，主要由学校安排专业选修课程及公共选修课程，学生可以根据自己的爱好及专业发展需要自主选择跨专业课程学习。 中央美术学院致力于建设造型、设计、建筑、人文等学科群相互支撑、相互影响的现代形态美术教育学科结构，在建构新世纪中国特色的美术教育体系中发挥引领作用。促成代表中国最高标准的教学质量和学术成果，建设国内领先、国际一流的综合性美术学院。以本科教育为基础，注重发展研究生教育，培养创作、研究、教学的高层次人才。面向全国、服务首都、积极参与国际合作与竞争，培养具有民族文化传统修养和国际视野的艺术人才。 |

A first class discipline of Arts master's degree awarded points (covering eight subjects II), a Master of Architecture II-disciplinary points awarded (Architectural Design and Theory), a Master of Arts (MFA) degree, a doctorate awarded two Point (of Fine Arts, Design Art). In 2003, it is allowed the establishment of art school post-doctoral research station. Institute has an annual intake of secondary (middle), junior college students (adult education), undergraduate, graduate, postgraduate, doctoral and others. There are 534 staff in-service, with undergraduate and graduate 3800 and more than 100 students from a dozen countries. Central Academy of Fine Arts has good conditions for the classroom, professional workstations experimental (laboratory), a library, art gallery, gym, classrooms, and other multi-media teaching facilities. Well-equipped and high technical content strongly support the teaching and professional disciplines. Central Academy of Fine Arts teaching and research covering a total area of 495 mu with a total construction area of 247,000 square meters. Wangjing campus which occupies an area of 205 mu, building area of 144,000 square meters; Yanjiao campus covers an area of 205 mu, building area of 68,000 square meters; campus after the sand valley covers an area of 67 mu, building area of 29,000 square meters; small business campus Covers an area of 18 mu, building area of 06,000 square meters. School started on a trial basis in 2004 from the credit system of teaching and management of the new Institute of Education calendar, every year for 38 weeks of teaching, divided into three semesters.
