[求助] ceramics international 投稿求助已有2人参与

2月中旬投这个期刊，主编在送审前说要先修改语言，找人修改了几天，返回后重投，一审回来，意见如下：
我的问题是在邮件的最后有个NOTE FROM GENERAL EDITOR，说还要再修改语言，这个是什么情况，还要找人修改或者花钱找语言公司？以前投稿都没碰到这个问题，这个期刊对语言要求这么高吗？求有经验的给点意见，不胜感激。

NOTE FROM GENERAL EDITOR

For possible final acceptance English of the whole paper will require considerable revision efforts.

Authors should take the help of some reliable professional editing agency to proofread their manuscript or of a native English speaker with some technical knowledge of the subject.

Alternatively we suggest Authors to make use of Elsevier language services:

Authors are asked to write in colour any technical and language improvement made in their revised text.
