[交流] 有谁遇见过IEEE给寄论文刊物两次，都能寄错的情况？已有4人参与

我也真是无语了，有一篇论文发表在2015年10月份的IEEE刊物上，然后2016年2月收到了杂志，不过他们却给寄的是2015年12月份的，然后我又给那工作人员发邮件，说你们寄错了，我需要的是2015年10月份的刊物，还有刚好我的又一篇又发表在2016年1月份的同一杂志上，你们可以顺便寄过来，我发邮件给他说的清清楚楚，今天却收到的还是2015年12月份的刊物，我去，真的是憋得一窝子火，立马发邮件给那工作人员发邮件，唠叨了一句你们IEEE 工作人员态度令我感到不舒服，然后，那工作人员立马给回了一邮件，表示我们没有权利和义务必须给寄杂志。。。。。我一直以为中国的不负责任的人挺多，想不到老外也一样，这年头，尼玛真是啥人都有，我想说的是刊物事小，但是这态度不端正才是事大，下面列出IEEE工作人员回复的邮件：
Well truthfully, we are not required to send you free journals. If your address was incorrect at the time you submitted your papers, or if you were at a different affiliation and have since moved, it is not up to us to send you free copies. There is information on the inside front covers that will allow you to purchase hard copies of the journals with contact information to do the same. Perhaps that would be the better route for you to go since there seems to be a problem. And I'm not sure what you mean about staff attitude--can you point out to me specifically where any of the people who work here who have sent you what they thought you needed gave you a hard time?
Again, it would seem the best course of action from here would be for you to pursue purchasing the journals that you need specifically, as we really shouldn't be sending out free copies--

不知道还有没有比我这更加奇葩的经历了，真的是对IEEE那帮人表示无语。。。。。。
