为什么细胞培养和处理时常在37℃下? 但是牛的体温是39℃左右，如何解释？ 已有1人参与

附审稿人的提问：you have made a grave mistake by incubating cattle endometrial cell at 37 degrees Celsius. This temperature is a freezing temperature for cattle cells. Normally cattle cells are incubated at 39 degrees Celsius. The temperature that you have used is for human cells and not for cattle cells. This is similar with incubation of human cells at 34.5 degrees Celsius. 请问：为什么细胞培养和处理时常在37℃下? 是因为生物的体温近似都是37℃左右吗?但是牛的体温是39℃左右，如何解释？有参考文献支持最好！ |
