The authors are strongly suggested to take the follow comments into account when they prepare the revision: 1: The motivation of initial alignment is intriguing, but this topic has been extensively studied, and this paper, in its present form, failed to establish itself as a solid contender in this venue, and its contribution, if there is any, seems obsolete without any comparison of any existing technology/scheme/conjecture. The authors are suggested to recalibrate their writing, so as to highlight its contribution. This point should be made clear in the revision, before sending out for future review. 2: The writing and organization of this paper is subpar in its current form, with paragraphs/sentences/equations floating around without any sorting/alignment, the authors are advised to reorganize this paper to avoid any confusion. |
