【求助】vista下ms4.2的安装

我原来用的是3.2的在xp下运行良好，现在想在vista安装ms4.2，license老是不成功，请哪位大虾帮帮忙 you need to have write permission in the license pack directory and windows registry to continue the operation. please make sure you have administration privilieges on windows for such an operation.or contact accelrys suppory.
