重新求助，请热心人帮忙！谢谢！ C-01铅系脱砷催化剂在进口混合碳二碳三选择加氢前（乙炔选择性加氢制乙烯，丙炔选择性加氢制丙烯）脱砷催化剂的基础上进行了改性，催化剂具有使用寿命长、脱除活性高、无加氢副反应等特点。 C-01铅系脱砷催化剂进反应器须经活化后才有活性，主要脱除催化剂中少量水分，活化条件如下：活化时，将空气或氮气加热至100~230℃，以 100~800的空速通过C-01脱砷催化剂床层，直至C-01脱砷催化剂床层温度升至100~200℃时，维持此活化温度24~48小时（温度低，时间长；空速小，时间长），然后停空气，通氮气降至室温，封闭待用。也可用液氮进行脱水处理。脱砷催化剂经活化后，以后使用不再需要活化，直至失活。 停车更换脱砷剂前，先用100~150℃的氮气置换5~6小时，通氮气冷却至室温。 C-01铅系脱砷催化剂已在国内石化企业如上海石化、北京燕山石化、吉林石化等单位万吨级混合碳三选择行加氢前（丙炔选择性加氢制丙烯）脱砷装置单元上使用，可将混合碳三中600~800ppb砷化物脱除至2ppb以下，提高了后续碳三选择性加氢催化剂的使用寿命。 2004年在广州石化聚丙烯工业装置用于脱除乙烯中的一氧化碳，可将乙烯中一氧化碳脱除至0.1ppm以下。 |

Deasenic catalyst of C-01 lead serie has been enhansed in quarlity based on deasenic catalyst which used for selective hydrogenation to imported mixed C2-C3 compounds,(eg.selective hydrogenation of acetylene to ethylene, propyne to propylene) which takes a long catalytical life, remains high hydrogenation activity, removes side n reactions when hydrogenation, and so on. One must have deasenic catalyst of C-01 lead serie reacted before use in order to remove moisture in it. conditions for activation are as follows: heating air or nitrogen to 100 ~ 230 ℃, with a speed of 100 to 800 L per minute up the bed, then rising bed temperature to 100 ~ 200 ℃, maintaining activating temperature 24 to 48 hours.Then stop air, give nitrogen to get down to room temperature,make it confined.Operation of dehydration can use liquid nitrogen. Once activated,dearsenic catalyst can be used until its deactivation. Before replace of the catalyst,it is better to use nitrogen flow get out of the air lasting for 5 to 6 hours until the temperature get down to 25℃. |

Deasenic catalyst of C-01 lead serie has been performed on process of multi-10000 ton level units in domestic petrochemical enterprises,such as Shanghai Petrochemical, Beijing Yanshan Petrochemical and Jilin Petrochemical, which are used for C-3 selective hydrogenation and can reduce arsenic concentration from 600 ~ 800ppb to 2ppb in C-3 compounds,thus increase life-span of this catalyst.
