[求助] 关于用夏幼男方法制备铜纳米线 已有3人参与

新搭建了双排管,用夏幼男方法制备铜纳米线,反应物为二水氯化铜,还原剂为葡萄糖,封端剂为十六胺,溶剂为水。反应物放在样品袋里,用水泵抽真空时,真空度可以达到-0.095MPa,但是有大量的气泡产生,抽很久真空都抽不掉。加热到100度反应,溶液是黄绿色的,离心沉淀下来,沉淀还是浅蓝色的。我现在怀疑是不是葡萄糖失效了,或者是水的问题,求各位大神可以帮我分析分析到底是哪里出现了问题?

All the chemicals were obtained from Sigma-Aldrich and used as received. In a
standard synthesis of Cu nanowires, 21 mg CuCl2·2H2O, 180 mg HDA, and 50 mg
glucose (α or  form) were dissolved in 10 mL water in a 22.2-mL vial (borosilicate
glass vial, with a black phenolic molded screw cap and polyvinyl-faced pulp liner,
VWR International, Radnor, PA) at room temperature. After the vial had been capped,
the solution was magnetically stirred at room temperature overnight. The capped vial
was then transferred into an oil bath and heated at 100 oC for 6 h under magnetic
stirring.

抽真空时,当真空度低于2000~3000pa左右, 水就会蒸发的,即产生冒泡现象。蒸发就会吸热,再过一会就会冻成一坨,这就是真空冷冻干燥的原理。
