谁能帮我分析下系统进化树

是同一种菌。想用来分析菌株间的遗传进化关系。求高手帮忙分析，看能分析出什么内容，谢谢！ 建树的方法：Multiple sequence alignment (MSA) result in NEXUS format was generated using CLUSTALX 2.1.Then MSA result was imported into PAUP 4.0[2] to test the nucleotide substitution models using Modeltest 3.7. Modeltest results showed that GTR+I+G was the best-fit model. GTR+I+G means General Time Reversible model and Gamma distributed rated and Invariant sites, all the arguments of this model were generated by Modeltest and then imported into PAUP to construct the phylogenetic tree using Maximum likelihood method.  tree.jpg |
