本人从事半导体纳米发光材料方面的研究，目前已完成文章两篇。已经熟练掌握了X射线衍射仪、AFM、脉冲激光沉积系统、荧光分光光度计、红外吸收谱仪的基本原理和操作步骤，特别是对磁控溅射仪器能够独立的进行操作和简单的维修。并同导师对实验室现有的设备仪器进行维修和改进，积累了丰富的实践经验。 通过国家英语六级考试，能够熟练阅读、翻译专业英语资料。 能较熟练地使用和维护Windows操作系统，熟练使用办公软件Office及图形设计Photoshop软件，并且能够较熟练使用Origin, Fortran等科研应用软件。 乐观向上 勤奋踏实 吃苦耐劳 责任心强 |

I engage in the research of semiconductor light-emitting nanometer-materials. I have accomplished two articles so far. Moreover, I have master skillfully the basic principles and steps of X-ray diffraction, AFM, pulsed laser deposition systems, fluorescence spectrophotometer, infrared absorption spectrometer, and I can operate independently magnetron sputtering equipment and its simple maintenance . By exercising myself in maintenance of the existing equipments and improvements in our laboratory with the help of my tutor, I has accumulated a wealth of practical experience. I’ve passed through the English National CET-6, and be able to read and translate skillfully professional references in English. I can operate and handle expertly Windows operating system, Micosoft such as Office and Photoshop, and Scientific research applications software such as Origin and fortran.
