论学校体育教学中的终身体育意识培养 摘要：运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法和经验总结法，对学校体育教学中的终身体育意识培养进行探讨和研究。研究认为，学校体育是学生形成终身体育意识的关键时期，学校体育教学的最终目的是提高学生的身体素质，培养学生的终身体育意识，传统体育教学中对运动技术的强化忽视了这个最终目的，造成了本末倒置。培养学生的终身体育意识，需要体育教师不断提高自身的业务素质，更新体育教学理念，拓展体育教学内容体系，改革体育教学方法，优化评价方式。此外，主管部门应发挥统筹作用，加强体育设施器材建设，营造积极健康的校园体育文化氛围。 关键词：学校体育；终身体育；意识；教学 |

论学校体育教学中 的 终身体育意识 培养 Cultivation of Student's Lifelong Sport Consciousness in School Sports Teaching 摘要：运用 文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法 和 经验总结法，对 学校体育教学 中的 终身体育意识培养 进行 探讨和研究。研究认为，学校体育 是学生 形成终身体育意识的 关键时期，学校体育教学的 最终目的 是 提高学生的 身体素质，培养学生的 终身体育意识，传统 体育教学中对 运动技术的强化 忽视了 这个最终目的，造成了 本末倒置。培养学生的 终身体育意识，需要 体育教师 不断提高自身的业务素质，更新 体育教学理念，拓展 体育教学内容 体系，改革 体育教学方法，优化 评价方式。此外，主管部门 应发挥 统筹作用，加强 体育设施器材 建设，营造 积极健康的 校园体育文化氛围。 Abstract: In this papper, we explored and studied the cultivation of student's lifelong sports conciousness in school sports teaching based on documentary analysis, expert interview, logical analysis, and summary of experience. We believe that school sports is a key phase for students to form their lifelong sports consciousness, however traditional sports education, which focuses on sports skills enhancement, normally ignores such ultimate goal, placing the less important before the important. To cultivate student's lifelong sports consciousness, teachers should improve their own professional quality, upgrade idea of sports teaching, expand the content of sports teaching, reform sports teaching method, and optimize evaluationg method. In addition, competent authorities should fully play as planning role, enhance the establishment of sports facilities, and energetically build a healthy school sports culture atmosphere. 关键词：学校体育；终身体育；意识；教学 Keywords: School Sports; Lifelong Sports; Consciousness; Teaching |
