IEEE Trans. 一定要付费才能发表吗？已有6人参与

我中了一篇IEEE Trans. 编辑来信要我complete your Page Charges and Reprint Order Form。 我选择不付 page charge 与 reprint fee, 网页就显示 ”Please review the below message : Dear Author, You have opted not to pay the voluntary page charges or order reprints and do not have any overlength page charges. Voluntary page charges help the sponsoring society offset printing costs associated with your paper. Click on the "Back" button if you wish to pay these charges or order any reprints. If you elect not to pay these charges no further action is required. Thank You, The IEEE Reprints Department“ 而后就永远无法到下一步。 而我选择付费，就能顺利到下一步并完成后面的流程。 IEEE 怎能这样呢？ 对此非常失望。 |
