针对 我国在 非线性 光学晶体 在 人工生长方面 有较强的 优势，但在 超精密加工方面，存在 嵌入、崩边、破碎、划痕、断裂 等 加工缺陷，以及 由此产生的 加工精度低、效率低、废品率高 等问题，探索一种 富有竞争力的 光学晶体材料 精密加工新途径。 Currently，China has advantages in artificial grow of nonlinear optical crystal, while suffers processing defects in aspect of ultra-precision machining such as embedding, edge breakage, breaks, scratch and fracture, leading to problems including low process accuracy, low efficiency, and high rejection rate. Therefore, it is necessary to explore a new competitive approach for precision machining of nonlinear optical crystal materials. |
