大家有投Journal of Hydroinformatics的吗？

| 编辑给退稿了。原因是The manuscript must be submitted according to the journal guidelines. For example, the double columns are not admitted and the Figures and Tables must be at the end of the work。找了半天也没在网站上找到journal guidelines啊？求助！ |
