帮忙翻译几句话！急用谢谢 C-01铅系脱砷催化剂在进口混合碳二碳三选择加氢前（乙炔选择性加氢制乙烯，丙炔选择性加氢制丙烯）脱砷催化剂的基础上进行了改性，催化剂具有使用寿命长、脱除活性高、无加氢副反应等特点。 C-01铅系脱砷催化剂进反应器须经活化后才有活性，主要脱除催化剂中少量水分，活化条件如下：活化时，将空气或氮气加热至100~230℃，以100~800的空速通过C-01脱砷催化剂床层，直至C-01脱砷催化剂床层温度升至100~200℃时，维持此活化温度24~48小时（温度低，时间长；空速小，时间长），然后停空气，通氮气降至室温，封闭待用。也可用液氮进行脱水处理。脱砷催化剂经活化后，以后使用不再需要活化，直至失活。 停车更换脱砷剂前，先用100~150℃的氮气置换5~6小时，通氮气冷却至室温。 C-01铅系脱砷催化剂已在国内石化企业如上海石化、北京燕山石化、吉林石化等单位万吨级混合碳三选择行加氢前（丙炔选择性加氢制丙烯）脱砷装置单元上使用，可将混合碳三中600~800ppb砷化物脱除至2ppb以下，提高了后续碳三选择性加氢催化剂的使用寿命。 2004年在广州石化聚丙烯工业装置用于脱除乙烯中的一氧化碳，可将乙烯中一氧化碳脱除至0.1ppm以下。 |
