德国亥姆霍兹联合会2023年继续招收不同方向博士后（博士生、联合培养学生）、访问学者 ([24个博士后、访问学者岗位 url=http://https://www.csc.edu.cn/chuguo/s/2546]https://www.csc.edu.cn/chuguo/s/2546[/url]： https://www.csc.edu.cn/chuguo/s/2546 ) 德国亥姆霍兹国家研究中心联合会是18个德国国家实验室联合组成的、德国乃至欧洲最大科研机构，共有员工47000人、年度科研经费55亿欧元。 亥姆霍兹联合会主要实施中长期国家科技战略，定位前瞻性应用基础研究与大科学研究，吸纳全球一流人才，规划、设计和运营大型科研装备，开展具有跨学科物色的复合型研究。主要科研活动布局在能源 (核能、核安全、再生能源、能源效率)、地学与环境科学、医学健康与生命科学、关键技术(纳米技术、功能材料和超级计算)、物质(大型物理学)、航空航天与交通等 6 大领域。联合会以五年及七年为周期，进行跨科研单位的项目论证和全员经费评估，在竞争与合作的基础上，保证政府财政经费得到最佳的分配与管理。 相比于由各地方联邦州财政支持为主的德国高校，亥姆霍兹联合会的70%的科研资金由德国联邦教研部和所在地州政府按照 90%：10%比例联合提供、并保证每年有3－ 5%的增长。这种特殊的特殊的设计，保障了亥姆霍兹科研活动的前瞻性和连续性。亥姆霍兹科研中心作为条件优越的平台型机构吸引了德国境内科研单位以及国际学术界的广泛合作。德国亥姆霍兹联合会自1978年起，四十五年来，与中国科学院、中国环境科学院、中国原子能研究院、中国航天、中国航空、中国海洋局、地震局、地质调查局以及包括清华、北大、复旦、上交大、西交大、浙大、华科大在内的众多重点高校的优秀团队之间有广泛的长年密切合作，与中国科学院、北京大学、山东大学、同济大学建立有联合研究所、联合实验室。 联合会自2006年起与中国国家留学基金委员会开展密切合作，象唐敖庆、陈佳耳、王大中、沈文庆等老一代、王曦、汪文华等院士都有在亥姆霍兹联合会科研、合作与留学的经历。 在新冠疫情爆发前，联合会的中国籍科研人员数量达到1500多人，是联合会最大的外国人群体。除一半人员是德方固定或流动岗位聘用外，每年接收超过200位以csc公派人员为主的各类奖学金生（博士生和联合培养博士后、博士后、访问学者）。 亥姆霍兹联合会定位的前瞻性基础研究，大多属于未来高科技或国家关键技术。本体系的多数科学团队通常都积极欢迎接受基础良好、学风正的、有潜力的青年科研人员。但因为当下复杂的国际形势，为避免签证问题，建议有国防、军工背景的毕业生、申请人回避本系统的申请。 亥姆霍兹联合会现已更新了可供申报 2020年中方公派项目需要联系的德方岗位描述和导师邮箱。欢迎感兴趣的申请人联系申请。（特别提示：应该有数倍数量的德国专家出于种种原因没有向我们北京代表处办公室直接提供岗位；但对于有同行专家推荐的、专业度吻合较好的、有实力的申请人他们原则上应该仍有能力和兴趣考虑面试和接收，不妨锁定意向中的导师，认真自我介绍打动对方。） 具体位置详细信息，请参考： https://drive.263.net/link/ebfightfrjklj0e/ 位置列表信息，请参考： https://drive.263.net/link/rpcyaop1j85ina5/ 无法下载文件的申请人请发送邮件至info@helmholtz.cn索取上述文件。 说明：申请人需请自行与岗位清单中（或网页发现）的意向中导师进行交流与沟通，争取尽早约定面试时间、并在通过面试后，及时获得递交公派留学申请所需的来自教授签署或研究生院出具的邀请函。德方专家或机构邀请函等同于国外高校录取通知书。csc不受理未获得正式邀请函的申请人，此外还要求提供导师的简历及主要成果清单。 |
