电子科技大学李世彬教授招收推免硕士和博士研究生
李世彬,男、博士、教授、博士生导师,2014年入选四川省特聘专家。2017年入选“蓉漂人才”计划。2000年,2004年于吉林大学获工学学士和硕士学位。2008年毕业于电子科大光电信息学院获工学博士学位。2008年至2011年先后在美国肯塔基大学(University of Kentucky)电子工程系和阿肯色大学(University of Arkansas)物理系从事博士后研究工作。在电子科技大学工作以来,作为首席项目负责人主持科技部重点研发计划,总装预研,预研基金,自然面上和青年基金及其他省部级项目多项。研究方向为先进光电子器件,包括1)基于新材料和新机理的光电探测技术。跟踪国际前沿发展,研究光电探测器阵列多功能柔性化技术,结合新型的柔性电子技术研发具有光电感知的柔性电子皮肤。2)基于高光电转化效率的钙钛矿材料太阳能电池研究。研究制备出效率高于21%的稳定杂化钙钛矿太阳能电池,无机钙钛矿太阳能电池效率超过16%。迄今为止,在Advanced Materials, Nano Energy,Nano Letters等国际高水平期刊共计发表SCI论文100余篇。近三年来,以通讯作者(团队负责人)发表中科院JCR一区论文15篇,其中ESI高被引论文5篇,热点论文1篇,截止到2019年, SCI论文的学术引用2000余次,h因子为25。
