2018中德博士后项目:亥姆霍兹联合会中心6个科研中心提供53个待遇优厚的岗位已有27人参与
国家人力资源部科技人才司博士后工作处、全国博士后管理委员会办公室与德国亥姆霍兹联合会于2016年签署了自2017年起,每年50个名额的“中德博士后项目”。亥姆霍兹的18个国家研究中心之中,共有八家参与了本项目,包括DESY,FZJ,GFZ,GSI,HZB,HZI,HMGU,KIT。
今年将是本项目的第二轮(此前DESY和FZJ各有三年与两年各自与国博办的双边合作项目),现已经征集到来自6个亥姆霍兹联合会中心的53个可供申请的岗位。
该项目面向所有35岁以下的中国国籍博士毕业生以及应届毕业生;毕业院校可以是国内或海外;申请人投递申请时,可以人在海外,可以是国内在站或出站的博士后。

项目的申请流程,是请关注全国博士后网上近期发布的项目通知,然后有兴趣的申请人按通知的要求准备材料,并在申请截止时间之前(估计在5月底),联系本人专业方向的国内高校或科研院所的博士后工作站或流动站,向工作站投递个人申请材料。各个博士后工作站在核对申请材料的真实性,对申请人的资格进行检验和对学术能力进行专业性评价之后,把通过初选的申请人材料报送到全国博士后管理委员会办公室。国博办在进行审查之后,再把全部申请材料转发给亥姆霍兹联合会。亥姆霍兹联合会大约在6月中旬接受到申请人的材料,并在一个月时间里,由发布通知原德国专家对博士后申请人用自己的方法进行考察和面试,然后把通过德方选拔的名单反馈给中方。 时间大致是在7月中旬。最后由全国博士后管理委员会核实批准,并正式公开发布结果,并向每位博士后奖学金获得者发布针对每位学者的通知书。这样,不出意外,申请结果的官方通知将在8月底正式出台。随后,各位奖学金获得者将联系德方导师,由德方单位准备工作合同和出具办理赴德签证所需要的证书等材料。最后,估计在9月底至10月中旬左右,第一批2018年的中德博士后就可以抵达德国。
本项目待遇优厚,申请人最后获得国博办两年共计30万元人民币的项目资助,而德国导师所在科研中心将每月再向各位博士后提供每月1500欧元的德方资助。实际资助水平接近洪堡博士后奖学金,但是因为学科方向的专业性强、而选拔手续相对简单,至今为止申请人之间的竞争并不十分激烈。
