被邀请审稿了，查了一下应该是中科院第四分区的SCI期刊。
没有像其它一二区牛刊那样，设定拒稿率和审稿截止日期。
国内同行的工作，不说了，去看看稿子质量如何，
尽量一周内给个答复吧，投稿不容易。。。
