去年10月30号投了一个special issue，2015年1月12号给出大修的结果，貌似里面的审稿人提的问题比较难回复，譬如笼统的增加最新文献的参考文献的性能对比，分析所提算法的收敛性，稳定性。花了很大的气力去修改文章，主要是补做很多的实验，在deadline的前一天投出，4月15号直接录用。

投了个special issue, 2014年8月开始审稿，12月给初审意见。2015年2月conditionally accepted。除了再次要求语言修改，还要求压缩篇幅，压缩引用文献数量。又经过两次拉锯，2月底最终接收时，稿子所有内容（包括图、表、作者简介等细节）加起来是单栏双倍行距25页。
如果不是special issue, 应该没这么快。而且要注意篇幅不要太长，主编在邮件里说，只有很特殊的情况，才允许最后提交时单栏双倍30页。反正咱不是关系户，必须压缩就是了……

2014年投的一个 special issue，审稿挺快，2月份投，5月份一审，7月份二审，小修改后7月中旬接收。
