T5签证，关于academic qualification的问题 已有2人参与

| 本人高校讲师，博士学位，申请了半年英国访问交流，申请T5签证，正在申请COS，HR的工作人员要求一份“A copy of your academic qualifications (the UKVI requirement is that your certificates should be translated if they are not in English)”，我就把学历、学位证书和翻译件给发了过去，结果回复好像说不行，“We also require a signed and headed letter confirming your academic qualification (unfortunately the UKVI would not accept the document provided with your certificate)”，这个a signed and headed letter confirming your academic qualification我具体该怎么提供，请各位达人指教，谢谢 |
