( 一)Explicitation of fund investment proportion in training
New socialist peasant is indispensable subject for no matter the new socialist countryside construction or the construction of beautiful China and beautiful countryside. According to current practical situation, it is still a way for peasant to become the new socialist peasants, therefore financial departments at all levels should include peasant training funds into budge, and increase this budge according to annual requirements, which is the material basis for securing new peasant's training. By gradually constructing financing channels for peasant's training, combining the governmental financing support and financing support from corporations, integrating technical support from faculty of education institution with private capitals, and binding self-organized support from peasant individual and talent cultivation project of agricultural enterprises, the reasonable investment proportion in peasant training can be established, which is an effective approach for improvement of future training investment and financing mechanism |
