english is a language,so we should use it for reading/listening and speaking at the begin of we  learning it.
so,in my opinion,the most efficient way is to speak in english as possible as you can,don't be afraid of making mistakes and being laughed at. go ahead, you will win at last!

my question is if you are the boss,which do you think is the more important factor of the employees,the degree or the actual ability?

This depends on what kind of work a person will involve and which country he is in.
In mainland China, generally employers pay great importance to diploma , and followed degree background, they value relative career experience and capability as well .I have once read a strange recruitment Advertisement.in China, in this ADs, they even needed a cleaner who should be a bechelor.
There is a lot of age and sex discriminations in Chinese recruitment ADs, however this is off- topic, I won't mention it here.
In west countries, most companies recognize a person's capability and their practical knowledge and experience. Professional work and esp. educational work often need people to have diploma, and therefore people with degree are preferable . In their ADs, they don't mention gender or age.They attach great important to a person's capability and personality ,. great personality is often favorable, and in addition, some comanies even don't underscore the working experience, because training will be given to the right person.


The question for you guy is would you prefer to live in a city or in a countryside?

It also depends on what kind of work a person involve.
e.g.my work is to do some lab research,so there are no more fields for me to cultivate in the countryside,in the mean while there are more conveniences and oppotunities in cities,so i must chose a city to work for live,then it means i must live in city at least can't not far from city.
I like to live in the countryside too, the quiet envirenment,the fresh air and the insecs singing in the sweet smelling herbosa. But without work how can i go on?
So,in my opinion,you can chose to live in a city or in a countryside,whatever you like,you must follow your work place. But if you have enough time and money,or some miraculous oppotunities,you can break the rull
my new question is: If you have a long term plan,how do you manage the time of your actual work? or how do you make your plan of a work which need a long time to do? perhaps 1 or 2 years.
