I mean daily English.Though I get a high score in CET6. But my oral English is so poor.Maybe I am too shy to speak,because I am afraid to say something wrong.

When you have a opotunity to communicate with a foreign friend , I think you should  say as much as possible ,  just like me ,take all chance to express yourself in English ,do not afraid of other poeple's eyes，just be yourself!

you should do some reading such as BBC news daily to improve your ability of 'English thinking'  for the reason that foreigners talk at speed of around 90 words per minute. if you can not read so fast how can you know what the meaning is.

There is no such thing call correct grammar, spoken English is totally different from academic English .i spent my whole year sorrowing by local friends, we had debate ,argue, literally everything, but still, I have the same feeling

The question I want to know is that when you want to say some words, these words are completed through English style in your mind or you complete them first in Chinese and then translate them into English and say them.
