[交流] is anybody interested in the polmer for transparent substrate? 已有1人参与

I have tested coc, PC, PET by extrusion to get optical transparent substrate?
Except optical properties, the mechanical properties are hard issues, too.
I will forcus on choosing the resin for substrate,first.
The extrusion process will be considered later.

No, we are surveying to buy a single screw extruder. If the uniformity of mixture resin is critcial, maybe we will consider useing twin-screw to replace single-screw.
I think co-extrusion is the technology we will consider at second stage.
