| 审稿人提出了这样一个问题，two-dimensional finite-difference time-domain method is adopted to study the transmission properties and mode distribution of a refractive index sensor with selecting wavelength function. What are the other feasible alternatives? What are the advantages of adopting this particular method over others in this case? How will this affect the results?
