2015 International Conference on Information Technology and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITITS 2015) will be held in Xi’an on December 12-13, 2015, which will provide a platform for all professionals and researchers from industry and academia to present and discuss recent advances in the field of Information Technology and Intelligent Transportation Systems. Intelligent transport systems vary in technologies applied, from basic management systems to more application systems, information technology also plays tightly with intelligent transportation systems including wireless communication, Computational technologies, floating car data/floating cellular data, sensing technologies, and video vehicle detection; and technologies of intelligent transportation systems also includes topics from theoretic and application topics such as, emergency vehicle notification systems, automatic road enforcement, collision avoidance systems and some cooperative systems. The conference will also foster cooperation among organizations and researchers involved in the merging fields, invite worldwide well-known professors to further explore these topics, and discuss in-depth technical presentations with the presenters. All papers will be reviewed by 3-4 referees and program chairs of the conference committee will draw the decision based on the score of each paper. ITITS 2015 is sponsored by Shaanxi Provincial Computer Society, and co-sponsored by Chang’an University, Xi’an University of Technology and Northwestern Polytechnical University, etc.
All accepted papers will be published in Advances in Intelligent Systems and Computing, Springer Verlag, ISSN: 2194-5357(Ei-Compendex, CA), Relative papers will be recommended to Journal of Innovation in Knowledge-Based and Intelligent Engineering Systems (ISSN:1327-2314) (Ei-Compendex, JA), Special Editor: Prof. Lakhmi C. Jain. Some excellent papers will be recommended to SCI journals.
2015信息技术与智能交通系统国际会议（ITITS2015）将在12月12-13日在西安举行。会议将为来自工业界和学术界的研究人员和科学工作者们提供一个研讨信息技术和智能交通系统最新研究进展的平台。随着技术应用的不断深入，智能交通系统（ITS）理论也在不断改进和完善。本会议论文主题包括无线通信，计算技术，浮动车数据/浮动蜂窝数据，传感技术，视频车辆检测和技术，智能交通系统，以及理论和应用的一些主题，如紧急车辆通知系统，自动道路执法，防撞系统等。会议旨在促进跨领域的研究人员之间的合作，并且邀请国际知名教授发表主题演讲，进一步探讨ITS有关的主题。所有论文将由3-4名程序委员会成员给出评分，最后由委员会决定是否录用。 ITITS2015会议由陕西省计算机学会主办，长安大学，西安理工大学，西北工业大学等共同承办。会务安排及会议财务事项由西安搜景广告文化传播有限公司负责。
所有接受的论文将发表在由施普林格出版社出版的《智能系统和计算进展》专刊，ISSN：2194-5357（EI会议收录）。部分优秀论文将推荐发表在《知识创新和智能工程系统》期刊上（ISSN：1327-2314）（EI期刊收录）。特别优秀的论文也会被推荐给SCI期刊。
