The sentence must be given in proper references "All protocols were in accordance with the traditional Chinese medicine, natural medicine acute toxicity, and sub-chronic toxicity study guidelines (2005a and 2005b) (Wang et al., 2014a)". "The medial lethal dose (LD50) was calculated according to the Horn's method (Li et al., 2015)". 6. Needs to write in more clear manner in following paragraph. "The acute toxicity study showed that single oral administration of EEAESL caused adverse effects and deaths when the dose increased up to 2.00 g/kg. The LD50 was 3.16 and 5.84 g/kg in female and male rats, respectively. The keywords of this article is must be correct manner "Aralia elata (Miq.) Seem". 11. Why author select the young leaf of Aralia elata (A. elata). And abbreviation must be write good manner. 12. The reference LI et al., 2013 must be write correct manner. 13. The references must be write correct manner "acute toxicity, and sub-chronic toxicity study guidelines (2005a and 2005b)".Acute toxicity and long- term toxicity study guidelines, 14. Write the reference of Horn's method along with Li et al., 2015. 15. Animal ethics No.: must be mention in this article. |
