你这个句子有不少的问题需要调整：
1、如果从翻译角度讲，中英文中的主语不一样（这当然不是问题），但从英文习惯上说，倒是按中文中的主语翻译更好些，也就是把你且面对句子倒过来：
The special mechanical properties such as wear resistance, corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance, and physical properties such as piezoelectric, ferroelectric properties can meet the need of the development of modern science and technology on the properties of the material.
其中用了such as，其实就不需要括号了，而且用such as之后无需etc.了（本来就是举例）；满足需要用meet更好（在数学公式中的满足倒是用satisfy）。
如果这样倒过来说，则后面不能用which（因为which是指向Ceramic material）了，所以只能分开两句话（这样其实挺好的，无需太长）。
而且，第二句话中的诸多名字在词性上要同一，如同一用名词等。第二句话可以是：
Ceramic material has been widely used in medicine, biology, communications, electronics, machinery, aviation, aerospace, military and other high-tech fields. |
