第三届先进云计算和大数据国际会议，The Third International Conference on Advanced Cloud and Big Data（CBD 2015）是由东南大学主办的高水平国际会议，将于2015年10月30-11月1日在江苏扬州举行。会议论文将由IEEE CPS出版并提交EI论文检索，优秀论文扩展后将推荐到SCI期刊：Mobile Information Systems (SCI), Concurrency and Computation: Practice and Experience (SCI),Journal of Information Technology (SCI)发表，另有部分论文将会被推荐到Tsinghua Science and Technology (EI)期刊发表。（注：CBD 2014于2014年在安徽黄山成功召开，期刊总推荐率为50%，SCI期刊推荐率为20%。）

Publication

All submitted papers will be reviewed by program committee members and selected based on their originality, significance, relevance, and clarity of presentation. Accepted papers will be all published by Conference Publishing Services (CPS) and will be submitted for indexing to EI. Authors of selected papers will be invited to submit revised and expanded version of their papers to be considered for publication in special issues of well-known international journals such as Mobile Information Systems (SCI), Concurrency and Computation: Practice and Experience (SCI), Journal of Information Technology (SCI), Tsinghua Science and Technology (EI) and etc.

The International Conference on Advanced Cloud and Big Data (CBD) is a prestigious forum for researchers, practitioners, developers and users who are interested in cloud computing and big data to explore new ideas, techniques and tools, as well as to exchange experience. Paper Submission

Submitted manuscripts must be formatted in standard IEEE US Letter Format: http://www.ieee.org/conferences_ ... hing/templates.html and must be submitted via EasyChair (https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=cbd20150) as PDF files. The review version is limited to 8 pages (IEEE proceedings format), including references and illustrations. Submitted papers should not be previously published in or be under consideration for publication in another conference or journal. Submission of a paper should be regarded as an undertaking that, should the paper be accepted, at least one of the authors will attend the conference to present the paper.
