各位大神，小弟投稿经验很少，第一次遇到这种情况，还望各位相助。
投Journal of Systems and Sofeware这个期刊到最后一步的时候，其中有这么一句话 Cover letter, title page, and author identifier page must still be submitted separately. 而在系统提交的item里面，是没有title page和author identifier page这两个选项的，小弟有以下几个提问：
1. 遇到这种让你提交title page和author identifier page但是系统提交页面又没有这两个选项的时候，该怎么办？
2. title page和author identifier page这两个东西分别是什么，具体应该怎么写，一方面是内容怎么写，另外一方面是用什么工具写，要写成什么样子？
3. 是不是要求单独提交author identifier page的期刊，在Manuscripts中就要匿名了？
那Cover letter, title page, and author identifier page must still be submitted separately.这句话就不用很在意了是吗？只提交cover letter和manuscript就行了是吧。主要是在提交系统中确实也没有 title page和author identifier page这两项。
